Meet the Founder
Quin Works
Principal & Founder
Quin brings over a decade of experience specializing in engaging communities through fundraising campaigns and special events, volunteer coordination, digital fundraising, and working closely with nonprofit boards.
In her most recent development role, she secured over $100,000 in new grant revenue, tripled the revenue of an organization’s Arizona Gives Day campaign and led a CRM transition of over 50,000 contacts.
Quin served as the Director of Development for the National Kidney Foundation serving Greater New York & Connecticut (NKF) helping the NKF raise $1M+ for the first time ever for a Kidney Walk. Quin has also successfully executed fundraising galas for clients like NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, the Women’s Sports Foundation, and the International Centre for Missing and Exploited Children while holding multiple roles at The JFM Group in New York City.
Quin holds a B.A. in both Political Science and Religion from Syracuse University. Since coming to Arizona, she completed Valley Leadership’s Catalyze program in 2023 and volunteered for Atabey Outdoors, helping break down barriers to outdoor recreation for BIPOC girls ages 8-12 across the Valley. She is currently the Forwards Coach for Phoenix Women's Rugby Club, a member of Arizona Talks, Phoenix Valley Young Professionals and the Secretary of Association of Fundraising Professionals Greater Arizona chapter board.
